The American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (AANA) has served as the national professional organization for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) since 1931. It supports and represents CRNAs and nurse anesthesiology residents across the United States. Through advocacy, education, research, and professional resources, the AANA works to advance the profession and improve patient care.

The New England Assembly of Nurse Anesthetists (NEANA) proudly serves six New England states: Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
